After earning his medical degree from the George Washington School of Medicine, he completed his dermatology residency at Rutgers–Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, where he served as chief resident and helped lead clinical training and research initiatives. Dr. Noor has authored numerous publications in peer-reviewed dermatology journals and is widely regarded for his expertise in treating complex skin conditions including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and acne. He regularly contributes to national advisory boards and industry working groups focused on advancing dermatologic care and improving treatment protocols. In addition to his work in private practice, Dr. Noor serves as the official team dermatologist for both the Brooklyn Nets and the New Jersey Devils, providing hands-on care to professional athletes and advising on skin health, injury management, and performance-related dermatology needs. Fluent in Russian, she earned her B.S. in Elementary Education and her master’s in TESOL from St. John’s University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. After 15 years with the Department of Education, she went on to complete training in cosmetology and esthetics, earning multiple advanced skincare certifications along the way. After personally overcoming acne, Mira is dedicated to creating a supportive & personalized care experience, empowering each of her patients.
