New Fordham Arms Assisted Living facility for adults is a 35-bed residential facility located in the North Central region of the Bronx. We are a unique community with lovely surrounding grounds. Because of the small size of our community, we can provide a very personal, home-like environment to seniors needing to age in place. Onsite services include Case Management/ Finance, Medical, and Nursing along with an on-site recreational program that includes trips to the community. We pride ourselves in assuring our residents feel content in their home. "We are the little house, with a big personality."
